Some clients have at first expressed doubt and worry about letting someone into their home when they are away. This is understandable in current times. We are a registered business, fully insured, all of our staff are garda vetted, we have been in business for almost two years now and have never had any issues or complaints.

We knew kennels were not the right option for our dog. This service was personal and the home visit gave us confidence that ’Pete’ would be well cared for. It is an excellent service and meant that ‘Pete’ could stay in his own home and be much less stressed. We worked out the package of care that would suit ‘Pete’s’ needs and that gave us great peace of mind, and we were reassured that we could contact at anytime for updates on how things were going.

When we came home Pete was the happy little dog we had left and it was obvious he had been well cared for, including lots of playtime and attention. When we returned home, we also received a visit report and photos which we loved.

I was somewhat wary and nervous about letting someone into my home for a forthight while I was out of the country, but I have to say that I found Oonagh totally trustworthy and very competent. She is also very professional and has a great manner in dealing with animals.

Personally, I found Oonagh to be a very pleasant and flexible individual and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone else. In fact, I feel that my dog, Napoleon, is somewhat deprived since she left and he would probably prefer if I went away more often.

I will certainly be using her services again.
