Terms and Conditions

1. All annual vaccinations must be kept up to date.

2. The kennel cough vaccination must be kept up to date.

3. All male dogs over 6/7 months must be neutered.

4. No dogs with dog to dog aggression can attend day care.

5. No dogs with people aggression can attend day care.

6. All dogs must arrive and leave on a lead.

7. All worming and flea treatments must be kept up to date.
(If your dog causes an infestation, you will be held liable for all costs incurred).

8. Puppies from 12 weeks of age may attend with all of their booster vaccinations.

9. A late fee of €10 will be charged per 15 minutes after 6.30pm. (Centre closing time).

10. I agree to pay the rates that are in effect at the time my dog is attending day care. Fees and prices may change without prior notice.

11. All injuries must be reported to Trusty Pet Pals before leaving the centre. Injuries reported after leaving the centre will not be entertained by Trusty Pet Pals.

12. I understand that if my dog participates in day care, that an interactive play setting is not without some risk or injury. My dog may inflict or suffer injury to/from another dog.

13. I understand that I am liable for all medical expenses and damages that result from injuries caused by my dog.

14. If any medical problems develop (not due to accident or jury) while my dog is in the care of Trusty Pet Pals, I authorise Trusty Pet Pals to do whatever they deem necessary for the safety, health and well being of my dog. Further I agree to assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses incurred. Trusty Pet Pals will inform me prior to taking any action.

15. Trusty Pet Pals reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone should they feel the safety of clients or employees is at risk or they are a risk to themselves.

16. Special offers and deals apply to existing clients only, unless otherwise stated. An existing client is one who has used our services more than once within the previous month leading up to using the special offer / deal.

17. I understand that should my dog cause any damage to Trusty Pet Pals property, I will be held fully financially responsible.

18. If I am late for or unable to attend a grooming appointment, I will contact Trusty Pet Pals to inform them of late attendance, rescheduling or cancelling my appointment prior to arriving. Late attendance without contacting Trusty Pet Pals will result in a late fee of €5 per dog per groom. Late attendance is 10 minutes or more after the appointment time.

19. If my dog displays anti social behaviour while attending day care, I am aware that if I wish my dog to continue attending day care, my dog must undergo training or behavioural treatment.
